We produced a book packed with hints and tips to help you serve up great meals for every occasion.

The Red Meat Cook Book was produced on behalf of Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board), BPEx (The British Pig Executive), Danish Bacon and Meat Council, EBLEx (The English Beef and Lamb Executive), HCC (Meat Promotion Wales), LMC (Livestock and Meat Commission Northern Ireland) and Meat and Wool New Zealand.
